4. Voice Cloning and Acceptable Use

Prohibition on Deepfakes

You may not use RehearsoLab to create misleading content, "deepfakes," or to impersonate any individual, celebrity, or public figure without their consent for malicious, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.

Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to generate hate speech, threats, harassment, or content that promotes violence or illegal acts.

We reserve the right to ban any user who violates these policies and delete their voice models immediately.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of the scripts you upload and the specific voice recordings you provide. You grant RehearsoLab a license to process this content solely to provide the Service to you.

Our IP

The RehearsoLab platform, code, branding, and AI methodology remain the property of RehearsoLab.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the voice cloning will be 100% accurate or indistinguishable from a real human voice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RehearsoLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits or data.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms (specifically regarding non-consensual voice cloning).
